Pre-Construction helical piers are placed prior to the foundation being laid. These piers are screwed into competent soil supporting the weight of the structure using a single, double or triple helical configuration. Pre-construction helicals ensure life-long stability and strength of the foundation, protecting the structure and eliminating the need for costly foundation repairs in the future.

Pre-Construction Helical Starter
- Standard sizes are 2.875" O.D. and 3.5" O.D.
- Schedule 40 or 80 pipe available
- With single, double or triple helixes
- With 8", 10" or 12" blades (or a combination of each)
- Available in 4' to 7' sections
- Two bolt holes and an outer nipple connector
- Galvanization or powder coating available
