Drill rigs are machines that perform many subsurface functions, including oil and gas exploration and extraction, rock and soil sampling and testing, and subsurface installation of underground utilities, helical piles, augers and micropiles. Depending on the application, drill rigs can be large, permanent structures (like an offshore oil platform), or small, mobile pieces of equipment typically mounted on a truck, tracks or trailers.
TMG Manufacturing specializes in the later-compact, powerful drill rigs that are built specifically for soil sampling and testing, including SPT and CPTu, compaction grouting and micropile installation. Our rigs are mobile and can be track, truck or trailer-mounted. Our specialized rigs are available in a variety of sizes, with customizable options to suit individual needs and a multitude of drilling applications.
